0 stars! Shoes 1 because I had to Mark something. Checked in online. Time given 4:31pm. I understand it isn't exact. Get here wait an additional 15 minutes. My son's name was next up. The next available stylist came out. She didn't call the next name. Instead she asked another guy his name and said come back. When called on it by another stylist she didn't know what to say. Must be a pick and choose. Waited another 20 minutes.
